It depends on your role. The daily tasks (scanning out, refilling, borrowing tools) are made to be understood at once, and a new employee usually manages them without training. What takes time is the setup: users, materials, tools and storage locations. If you have many items, they can be bulk-imported from Excel instead of entered one by one. And you are not alone: we help you for free from day one until the warehouse is running.
No. The guides are open to everyone, and support by email or in an online meeting is free, during the trial too. If you need something more specific, we write a tailored guide for the way you work, or record a short video of exactly that step. Larger customisations, for example an integration with a specific ERP system, are offered as an optional service.
